The RMS VICTORY is an all welded steel construction, twin-screw passenger/utility vessel having a raked bow, square stern with jump deck and a semi “V” bottom. The Victory has a flat deck aft and a raised cabin and pilothouse forward. A remote steering station is located aft of the pilothouse and contains engine and steering controls as well as radio communications. The Victory is USCG certified to transport portable tanks containing hazardous materials IAW 49 CFR 172.101.
